Deluge tracker error

Getting the following in the Tracker Status in Deluge:

 

"checkmytorrentip.net: Error: The I/O operation has been aborted because of either a thread exit or an application request"

 

Same thing with other trackers besides that one. It seems to work off and on, as I just had a few things download, but none of the trackers are connecting again now.

 

I'm using proxy.torguard.org and tried ports 1085 and 1090

 

Any idea what's going on?
