Port Forwarding

It has been two days since I asked for some ports to be forwarded. Two support representatives have said that the ports will be open shortly. I still cannot access my Ubuntu Server via SSH or other services in it when connected to VPN. Anyone know how long it really takes to port forward? I just need some ports to be open.

You could try opening them yourself. When I needed ports open I searched around and found how to open them. Sign in, then click on "My Services". Your VPN should be listed with a tiny little "details" icon you can click on. Once you have done that, scroll down and look on the right hand side. It should say "Open Ports" somewhere in the quick navigation area. I hope this helps, since I also had a little bit of frustration getting the proper ports open.
