0 TorGuard Admin 14 Posted July 21, 2013 Report Share Posted July 21, 2013 If you are getting a connection timout on your torrent client you can usually resolve the issue with the following steps: 1.) Restart your torrent software. 9 times out of 10, this will usually fix the issue right away.. (especially if your using utorrent or bittorrent) 2.) Try replacing the IP with another proxy IP from your list in the torguard.net members area.. Important: Each time you replace the IP, you must restart the torrent software or it may result in a timeout error. Hope this helps! Let us know if you have more questions.
