Guest Posted June 14, 2014 Report Share Posted June 14, 2014 Hello, So having been promised the 24x7x365 Online Support and SmartDNS in 6+ Countries I have purchased the SmartDNS service. In the welcome e-mail I've received IP addresses for servers in US and UK only (just 2 countries and not 6+ and on top of that only US DNS servers are shown when I click on the service details in my account, so if I wanted to use the UK servers I'd need to dig up the welcome e-mail) and the Live Support link is not working (well, it's working but it's linking https://torguard.net/).
