Contacting Support/Login issues w/second factor

Hi TorGuard community, 


Has anyone has issues with two factor login? I enabled it a few months back, was able to setup properly and it was working. At some point it decided it doesn't want to send me the two factor login anymore so I can't log in. It get more fun, you can't contact support to open a ticket unless you log in. So now there doesn't seem to be a way to contact support without being able to login in. Am I missing something here?  The chat on the main page before login has said "We are away at the moment" EVERY TIME I try it. Any assistance would be helpful.

hello, you can send email to support, as example [email protected] . I think chat was disabled some time but am not sure. I guess best is if you contact support with all the info they need.
