[Support]

- All platforms: Add "Account" tab under Settings rather place on on main UI.
                 The user can use this tab to do the Login/Logout.
                 The Login/Logout buttons are removed from the Main Window.

- All platforms: Automatically set connection parameters if the user selects
                 a server using the "Stealth Servers" or the "ObsTCP" filter.
                 In particular: when using the "Stealth Servers" filter, the "Enable Stealth"
                 option will be automatically enabled, while when using "ObsTCP" filter,
                 the "Port/Auth = 4443 (SHA256)" will be set.

- All platforms: Add China DNS

- Windows: Fix bug where OpenConnect could not connect if the OpenVPN driver was set to "WinTun". (Block outside DNS error)

- Windows: Add "Enable-accessibility.bat" file in installation folder.
           The user can use it if he is unable to start TorGuard and enable accessibility from Settings.

- Windows: Add "Settings-reset.bat" file in installation folder.
           The user can use it if he is unable to start TorGuard due to wrong Settings.
