Cant use live support

Question

I just signed up and added a static ip address, paid for it and its not showing up.

 

I've tried clicking on the live support and it does not seem to work, tried from multiple browsers and PCs

Support

Hey there - please submit a ticket to our support desk to request your IP, remember to mention what location you would like the IP to be located.
