Windows KB5009543 Breaks VPN

Question

FYI

My windows 10 just had me install some patches.  After rebooting, TorGuard VPN (L2TP) would not connect.  My quick research suggested that KB5009543 was the problem.  Uninstalled that KB and VPN is now working again.

Looks Like The Microsoft/Windows Update Broke the Built in L2TP Service within Windows 10 with that Update, Hopefully they release Fixes for it soon as that is totally Microsoft's Fault they should be testing the updates better first before releasing them. Good to know though, Thanks for Letting everyone know hopefully anyone else experiencing similar problems sees your post and can either uninstall the update or wait for Microsoft to release a Fix eventually.
