Cannot log into my account due to 2 factor authentication

Sorry - I know this is not the right way, but I see no other option:

 

I am locked out of my account: it wants a 2nd factor (it never did that before, so not sure, why that is happening now); I did not set the 2 factor authentication, and I cannot find the 2nd factor on any of the five other devices I am using. I don’t have a backup code either.

Over the past three days, I sent emails to the [email protected], but nobody is responding. I cannot open a support ticket, because I cannot log in … 

… yet, Torguard is happily taking money off my account, and I a slowly but surely getting p-off with this ‘24/7 customer service’.

 

just last week, I warmly recommended Torguard to a colleague, and now this

 

is there somebody out there, who can help, please?

Hey @Steffi :)

I believe Tickets are usually The Fastest Way But like you say if you can't login then you can't send a ticket which is completely Understandable.

Email can sometimes be Fairly Quick too - if you have not already Received a Response Alternatively you can try Emailing > admin(at)torguard(dot)net , I am sure you will receive a response soon if you have not already.
