0 Guest
Hi, Yeah I also tried to download it from there, but no luck. Also tried to turn of some antivirus and so on, because I read it in another post, but still no luck. But the lite version is working fine, beside first time I still had a DNS leak. But think its good now!
0 Guest
Lite version works fine, and actually connects and STAYS connected. Pro version doesn't connect, or will disconnect after a minute and make the Yellow YIELD sign show up on "Internet access" icon in the sys tray. Attempts to connect to other servers...Miami, Dallas, Chicago etc, the icon stays Orange 95% of the time. On the chance that PRO does connect, it disconnects and briefly t6ake my internet connection with it. Stuck using lite version right now both Lite and Pro downloaded from torguard.net/downloads.php

0 Guest
This is a normal connection log from PRO. However, eventually the connection will drop (just like in LITE) and will change to the Orange "Connecting" status, and in LITE it changes to the Orange "Limited Access" status. 0 Mimic 0
Hello Guys We have fixed this, we will release the new update today and it wont happen again after you install the new update.. Regards You haven't fixed this. I just had my connection list wiped by a connection 'update,' again. I reinstalled the Pro client, downloaded from here, to get my connection list back. Client version is the same (1.0.0 (1046)) as before the reinstall.

0 Guest
Did you reinstall using the version from our downloads page here torguard.net/dowloads.php ? If it shows no connections, simply go to Preferences >> General >> Check for updates. Regards Yes, I did. I tried both, what I get is "There are no updates available at this time" Right now, the damn Connection update just wiped out ALL of my Connections AGAIN I am using Viscosity 1.0.0 (1046) I'm getting SICK of being forced to Uninstall and Reinstall because of these Automatic Connection Updates that wipe out the ENTIRE LIST!!!!!~
0 Guest
You HAVE NOT FIXED THIS. I am forced to uninstall and reinstall whenever I'm notified of a Connection Update, and there's NO WAY to cancel it. If I say NO to the update, it just waits until I disconnect, then it automatically wipes out my Connection List. If I answer YES, it automatically wipes out my Connection Lists. Either way I answer, I am forced to uninstall and reinstall And YES, I've installed the newest version and have told it to look for updates, and I am informed that there ARE NO UPDATES Getting REALLY SICK OF THIS

0 Support 257
We are pushing a new update here ASAP - seems the issue was a little deeper than we thought. Btw in the version you have all you need to do rather than reinstall is restart viscosity, go to Preferences >> General and hit check for updates, it should trigger the update pull. 0 Mimic 0
My experiences are the same as SlamHammer. Yes, I downloaded the client from the 'My Downloads' section of this site. Yes, I tried using the 'Update' option in 'Preferences.' The client comes back with "There are no available updates at this time." The connection list is NOT refreshed. My only option is to reinstall the client to get the list back. Glad to hear that an update is coming out, soon. Hope this update actually corrects this problem. 0 Support 257
Hi Mimic Even though you get "There are no available updates at this time." it should trigger your config update. We have also noticed an issue with Malwarebytes, so anyone with Malwarebytes you might want to whitelist this IP : 94.102.52.35 Then try go to Preferences >> General and hit check for updates Regards

Regards NO, it DOES NOT WORK. If I go to "Preferences >> General and hit check for updates" All it tells me is there are no "Updates at this time" I DO NOT use MalwareBytes, I have shut off my AV and Firewall, and this STILL DOES NOT WORK, the only thing gotten is "There are no updates available at this time"
0 Mimic 0
Not using Malwarebytes. I haven't tried disabling AV or firewall; I don't consider those to be reasonable actions to expect of your users. Security features are sort of pointless if you go around disabling them. I'll wait for a client update.
