I was trying recently to open a port for uTorrent
First of all, I went to My Products and services > Manage > Port Forward Request, and created a request for the port which I wanted to open for both tcp and udp protocols in picture 1. The configuration was according to the connection details in picture 2. After that, I went back to My Products and services > Manage > Manage Port Forwards to see my forwarded port in both tcp and udp protocols in picture 3. I then created an exception in Windows Firewall to allow connections to that port in Picture 4, then I configured uTorrent to listen for connections on that port in Picture 5, but eventually when I checked whether the port is open or not on canyouseeme.org, it showed that it's closed as in picture 6.
So I would really appreciated it if you could help in this matter
