Hi there

As the title - it's been like this for a while now.  I upgraded from 4.7.2 to 4.7.5 hoping this would fix the problem - it didn't.

It is just Singapore - the the nearby servers are ok - Taiwan, Korea and Thailand all seem fine. With Singapore I'm getting disconnected a couple of times every hour.

Best regards

Tony

Hi Tony!

Have you tried opening a ticket with your issue?

I had a similar issue using Wireguard over a 10G server and it had to do with authentication which was finally cleared up on the back end.

I figured it was due to redeeming a "special offer" and I was only provisioned as a "normal offer" user.

I hope I helped guide you.

Edit:

Have you tried editing your login credentials for VPN Access (not the same as your login to torguard's web panel)?

Many thanks BukkakeBlaster for your reply - I'm not familiar with how to edit login credentials for VPN access - perhaps you could explain please
