gmcgoo
I know it's a developer build and not supported but has anyone got any server working with Wireguard on Windows 11?

I am just getting "Detecting" no matter what I do. I'd rather not downgrade to windows 10 but only Wireguard works properly on my isp so kinda important... Kratos
I had this issue on initial install of the Torguard app on Windows 11. Here's the steps I've done and it's now working: 1. Restore Defaults under General Tab 2. Refresh Server List under General Tab 3. Refresh Cache under Network Tab 4. Restart PC On reboot it connects fine. See below. Did you try the steps I outlined above? Also, is your TG install a fresh install, or a carry over from before the upgrade? I didn't have TG installed before upgrading to Windows 11. Do you have wireguard installed separately from the TG install? Did you try to completely uninstall TG including deleting the app folder (AppData\Local\VPNetworkLLC) and any registry entries then rebooting and starting fresh? Gremlins in the PC probably but Luck hardly ever bothers with hardware + software issues.

Neon
Kratos - your clue about Gremlins helped me sort out my "problem". Reinstalled all by network adapters and that has done the trick. For good luck i have thrown in a couple of cloves of garlic into the pc ✌️
Kratos
@Neon glad you're up and running. Now that you have that sorted, and you've set up your garlic repellent, you may want to check out the experimental Wireguard update that runs in the windows kernel. WireGuardNT, a high-performance WireGuard implementation for the Windows kernel Seems faster to me on the generic TG servers but I'm not yet sure if that's wishful thinking or actual fact. Yzbor
Right, so after reinstalling everything including the Wireguard application I have got it to verify and connect. Only issue now is the speed is like 0.2Mbps...
Yzbor
So turns out my issue was related to the Dell Killer Wireless. Disabled the "optimisation" software and speeds and performance jumped to normal.
