Same deal here. Just downloaded and installed the latest Windows client. Is that the problem?

I am also having this same issue when using the wireguard protocol, when I switch to openvpn it works perfectly.

Any ideas how to sort this? Wireguard is supposed to be quicker than open vpn

Turn file debugging on, restart the client and try again. After doing so my connection worked and I was able to turn debugging off and delete the logs. If it doesn't work for you, you'll have logs to share with support

same issue. the same fixes were posted in 2020 and does not resolve the issue

Hello,

1. You are wrong about that one, fix was posted prior 2020, last that I remember is 2015/2016.

2. fix fixes the issue, if it does not fix it for you, then the issue lays elsewhere in your OS, if you need support or help, open a ticket and let torguard support help you. You could post your debug.log too if you want other users to help and see what is going on, just like @AMx suggested.

Form the 2 steps above, one step is missing which would be to shut down your client before reconnecting. If there are registry changes, you need to reboot, simply rebooting after restoring all settings to defaults should be sufficient.
