So here is my situation: I'm running a windows machine connected through an Android mobile hotspot and I'm attempting to play some games online.
The issue with online gaming is it requires an active UPNP and/or some forwarded ports so the NAT Type switches from Strict to Moderate/Open.
I have requested a port forwarding on a static IP address but I notice my NAT type is still unchanged.
My questions: Is enabling UPNP possible through your service? Are there any extra steps I need to make in order to make sure my port forwarding is taken into account?
