I've noticed that torguard no longer lists the ip addresses for its VPN servers and instead uses URL style nameplates

example:

client
dev tun
proto tcp
remote [email protected] 1912
remote-cert-tls server
auth SHA256
key-direction 1
setenv CLIENT_CERT 0
<tls-auth>

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

client
dev tun
proto udp
remote us-sf.torguard.com 1912
remote-cert-tls server
auth SHA256
key-direction 1
setenv CLIENT_CERT 0
<tls-auth>

Can anyone explain the difference in these 2 scenarios? and What happens with my 3 DNS addresses provided to me in my account management pages

Public USA DNS 1: 104.223.**.***
Public USA DNS 2: 104.223.**.***
Internal Ad-Block DNS: 10.**.0.1

do i need to manually add the ad-block dns to my ovpn file? because the TG inhouse client just isn't working out for me anymore it slows my computer to a crawl and gives me frequest disconnections, i'm having much better performance using OVPN opensource software and will soon take the wireguard for a spin and just want to make sure i'm testing out all features available
