How to load your Port Forward IP into the TorGuard Client:

1) Simply log in to the TorGuard software using your VPN username
2) Disconnect and click "Select Server..." - click the sort menu and arrange by "Custom First" your Port Forward profile should now show at the very top of the country selection list and will automatically set the correct settings to connect.

 

My issue is I am not getting a port forward profile listed at the top regardless of logging off and on again.

Usually takes like 30 minutes for the profile to show up in your custom servers.  However, you can manually add the server IP you added to port forwarding in your settings under dedicated servers.
