Invoice PAID but account hasn't been activated yet (~8 hours)

I've received a payment confirmation by email from paddle.com 8 hours ago.

"Order confirmation #20575319 (paid)"

But under Billing/My invoices the status of invoice #2623296 is still unpaid and account is not activated yet, hence i cannot use TorGuard VPN.

Payment was made using Paypal.

I already opened a ticket 8 hours ago, even sent an email to helpdesk, still no reply.

Can someone please look into it? it is a bit strange that for 8 hours no one even replies.
