Hi there, just a quick question: is the latest version of TorGuard macOS app (TorGuardDesktopQt) compatible with macOS Big Sur? I'm about changing from Catalina to BS and would like to know if TorGuard has been already updated to work smoothly on the new OS. Thanks a lot!

It does indeed work just fine yes, no issues reported so far and we did do some thourough testing before the final release.

Since I updated to Big Sur, Torguard client 4.2.0 will launch but will not show any window. I have deleted preferences, as far as I could find them, and deleted and re-downloaded and re-installed the client. Any suggestions as to what else I should do? I don't see anybody else on this board having trouble.

Can I ask that you do the following so we can make sure you start fresh?

1) Go to more settings --> general tab --> click "restore defaults" and then hit save

2) Remove this folder:   ~/Library/Application Support/VPNetworkLLC

3) Download reinstall the latest build released today and restart TG Client and retest

Let me know how you go.
