IP Ticket response time

Hey guys,

I was just curious how long it usually takes for a support ticket question to be answered, specifically I requested my 2 streaming IPs. Not complaining that it's taking too long, I was just wondering if I should expect an answer within a couple of hours or if I should be expecting it within a day or two. Any input would be appreciated.

In my experience tickets are usually answered in a few hours.  The longest I've had to wait was 24 hrs but that was around holiday time. 

Generally with online support its usually a 24 - 48 hour commitment.
