I am using buntu 16.04.6 LTS fully updated. I installed the latest client 3.99.3. I set it to OpenVPN, UDP, 1198(SHA256) AES-256-GCM. It keeps giving me:
Could not connect to the VPN management socket.
Please check your firewall settings!
When I turn on Debug I see this line:
OPENVPN STDERR: "/opt/torguard/bin/openvpn: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.1.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"
Why does it say missing? I check and I have openssl installed:

Is this the wrong one?
