"Detecting" then "n/a"

Rate this question

Question

Wesw32

I just downloaded TorGuard today. When I select a nearby server, connect, and login... It does show "Connected" with a green dot. But below that, after "detecting" for a bit, it always says "n/a" instead of "Verified." What am I doing incorrectly?

Thanks in advance.

You are connected OK yes, what version of TG are you running? it may just be an issue between you and the IP check tool, otherwise your connection is OK.

Can i ask that you do the following so we can make sure you start fresh.

1) Delete the following folder >> C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\VPNetworkLLC renaming "user" to your OS account name.

2) Open Regedit and delete the following key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VPNetworkLLC

3) Reboot (important) and then re-download and install the latest build from here https://torguard.net/downloads.php

Regards
