Release torguard-v3.99.1, 2020-06-19

- All platforms: Update OpenVPN to version 2.4.8 and enable TLS 1.3
- All Platforms: Disable OpenSSL default config file
- All Platforms: Use system DNS instead of OpenDNS during connect phase
- Windows: Fix TAP driver installation from TorGuard Client.

Internal changes:
-----------------

* All platforms: Internal changes for supporting IPSec and WireGuard*

All platforms: Reimplement main application Window using QML  

The QML window is currently disabled. Run with option --enable-qml for switching from Qt to QML implementation.*

All platforms: Change Ad Blocking DNS to 10.26.0.1

This version doesn't include the WireGuard or IPSec working protocols, the next version will, this is more for bug fixes and internal code changes.

This is for the next update yes, it is only internal code thats been completed just now.

This version is very laggy and the app freeze all the time! Please fix it! I am a windows 10 user.

I see that this latest update has the new adblocking DNS address. Is it updated within the new app versions for windows and linux? Also for android how do I update this new adblocking DNS address?

No reports of this, please try the following:

Flush DNS on Windows 10:

ipconfig /flushdns

Refresh TG Client config file:

Delete the following folder >> C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\VPNetworkLLC renaming "user" to your OS account name

Restart the app and you should be good to go.

It is updated across all new apps released the other day yes.

The Android app will be updated Monday/Tuesday to include those but int he mean time you can add them manually under Settings --> Static DNS.
