Constant connection issues for the last month (UK)

I've used torguard for about 2 years with no issue, but over the last month I've been having issues every day. There's been a couple of times it's been off for hours, but at least once a day I need to switch off the UK server to a different one, or disconnect entirely to continue using the internet. Is this in line with other UK users?

 

I have a laptop that acts similarly, and my internet connection seems to be fine from every other device.

Yeah I've been having issues recently - such as right now hence why i'm here.

Issues I've had lately are:

  1. disconnecting then telling me my username and/or password is incorrect
  2. staying connected, but i can't connect to any websites - even google
  3. or just failing to connect:
  • via the london server; In a perpetual cycle of trying to connect, assign IP, trying to connect, assign ip etc etc etc
  • via dedicated ip; sits on wait until i give up and disconnect it.

Are you running Kaspersky by chance or BitDefender?
