Question

My torguard randomly stopped working and acted like log in info is incorrect. I had it saved to my computer so it would automatically log in so I know nothing was changed. I then tried to manually change my login information and use that to log in and it still won’t let me log in on my computer to use VPN

I never receive update info!

i didnt receive it either. i had to look it up because i heard what other people did trying to fix the problem. they use to give you the update handy in the box when a new update was available.

Same issue here...second time this month! 😡

You are all in a dream and that is why you are getting an error.  Note..its late at night and you feel asleep on the couch and now you have this dream where your VPN is down.  When you wake up...it be ok.

This is the first I have experienced this -  and learning from replies,  it is a security risk!

I would say this is also a first for me as well.

Been using TOR for a few years now and never had an issue. Until now LOL. tried multiple locations with no luck. Hopefully will be fixed soon.

I thought it was me, opened a ticket and then checked here to see it's not just me.  Been using Torguard for about 3-4 years, 1st time this has happened to me.  I guess I will check in the AM and call it a night.

My dedicated IP works great....looks like it fails for the folks on the standard service.

Maybe its a loose RJ45 cable.  I saw replug it in again.

Same issue for me, running the app on MacOS; login credentials incorrect. Weird thing is I just checked the OpenVPN connection I have set up on a Raspberry Pi and that's showing as still connected!
