I can’t log in to Torguard VPN software on my computer

My torguard randomly stopped working and acted like log in info is incorrect. I had it saved to my computer so it would automatically log in so I know nothing was changed. I then tried to manually change my login information and use that to log in and it still won’t let me log in on my computer to use VPN

They could at least update their status page they know about this problem, I thought this was just me at first since it said all systems normal:  https://torguard.net/network/

Same issue, keep getting wrong user name/password error, on all the devices I have using the vpn.

Hi,

Same here, i'll open a ticket, all my vpn tunnels are down... Had this issue a couple weeks ago and it was a global outage (authentication)

im having the exact same problem. it started as of june 1 2020. im in ny. where you at? i even found out i had a old update cus the new update came may 22 and i just install that update and it still doesnt work. i came to this forum  for answers

The last time we had this issue, I think it was on May 1st... Looks like every 1st day of the month issue :)

first time its happened to me, but i'm one of those people where it's telling my credentials aren't correct. Already tried changing them, dosen't seem to help.

Having same issue- credentials don't match.

I downloaded an update, but it did not fix the issue.

Yeah it's odd they don't give you a message to update, that's a security risk for users running old software.

It keeps saying log in info incorrect. I know my log in info is correct. There is another prooblem going on.

second time this month, what is going on. i was in the middle of work as well. unacceptable. my sub is ending soon, i'm seriously considering other vpns at this point

It works...but I wait until tomorrow to make sure all bugs are fixed.  Can have any leaks now.  Hope they respond with the reason.  Perhaps someone ran their car into the torguard tower.

I'm having the exact same issue, started a few hours ago. This has got to be an issue on TG's end as I made no changes to my client or username/pass prior to it appearing, nor did my emails indicate anyone changed it.
