Alright, downloading the latest version (again) seems to have worked.  I guess even if you've downloaded it (very) recently, do it again.

On my side, i'm using a pfsense firewall and everything is back to normal without any changes. Maybe they just fixed the issue by the time you reinstall the new client... But it looks fine now.

I didnt try the latest version and its working again.I will get it now though.I am guessing they fixed it while people were updating to the latest version giving the impression that it solved the problem,when actually it wasnt necessary,as mine is now working fine on 3.97.4.

Okay, so I just tried again and successfully connected without downloading any new updates. If this was a maintenance update or such it would have been nice to get a notification from their team. If it was a bug, then kudos to them for fixing it relatively fast!!

Same issue. The first time it happened earlier tonight, I tried several times to change my password and kept getting the error. I reinstalled the client and after restarting my computer I was finally able to log in.

I just had it happen again, though.

 

EDIT: I was able to re-login the second time without all the rigmarole.

Same.  This is the first time I have encountered this issue.  Updated to latest software version and still can't connect.  Tried changing my password and still can't connect.

We just have to muck around downloading new clients, resetting passwords etc. until it gets fixed I spose. :)

Given the problem is on their end, we shouldn't have to do anything once they fix it. After they fix it hopefully soon I'm sure the users who are sleeping now and not experience this will wake up tomorrow and not know a thing was wrong.

Can’t connect on my Firestick. It’s just stuck at offline status for a long time before prompting me wrong username and password. Never had this happen before. What’s happening TorGuard?

second time this month, what is going on. i was in the middle of work as well. unacceptable. my sub is ending soon, i'm seriously considering other vpns at this point

Apologies this is now resolved and will not happen again!

Not sure if it's a fix on my end or TorGuard. What i did:
1. uninstalled TorGuard

2. Flushed DNS: Right-click Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator. Run the following command: ipconfig /flushdns

3. Installed TorGuard but unchecked all the TAP and only installed TorGuard

Now it works.
