From the VPN specifications page (https://torguard.net/tgspec.php) it appears that the  setup for all Open VPN port connections is as follows:

TLS Handshake   :  RSA (2048 bit)

Session Key          : DHE (plain Diffie-Hellman)

Are there plans to implement EC (elliptic curve) algorithms for these to steps?

ECDHE for session keys

ECDSA for the handshake/certificates

Also any plans for TLS 1.3 rollout?

If these are available from the command line openvpn configs please let me know. If they are  will they be added to the  desktop clients?
