Locked out of my portal from 2FA unable to get support

Does anyone know how to get support when you're locked out of your account due to enabling 2FA?  

I reset my phone and my Google authenticator lost the 2FA encryption key.  Unfortunately, I am unable to find my backup codes.  I'm unable to submit a ticket due to being locked out of my account.

I have also left several phone messages on the support phone with no response...  Very disappointed with the support from them...
