Stolen Computer/Cell Phone - Cannot Log In

My computer and cell phone were among items stolen recently.  As a result, I cannot log into Torguard since I lost my authentication apps and backup codes.

Is there any way to allow me to log into my account?

I tried that but I have to log in first -- which I cannot do.

The good news is, I found my backup code and logged in successfully.

I spoke too soon.

True, I was able to log in.  When you log in with the authentication code the system generates another code since they are one-time use only.

I logged out but unfortunately before I did I did not get the QR code for my authenticator.

When I tried to log in using the new authentication code I was told the code was invalid.

I cleared my browser's cache and tried again with the same result.

Is there any way the support people could contact me via email to resolve this issue since I need to be able to log in to submit a support ticket?

The alternative is for me to subscribe again with a different email address.
