We can now confirm that all torguard servers are now safe from the VORACLE attack brought to light by Ahamed Nafeez at the DEF CON 26 hacker conference on Saturday - you do not have to do anything client side as this is a server side fix but we do recommend all users upgrade to the latest TG version from our downloads page released on the 8th of August.

Are there any config changes needed for those of us running OpenVPN via a pfSense box or other router?

For most cases no, just make sure compression is set to disable/no.
