Support 255
*Release torguard-v0.3.69, 2017-09-10* *====================================* - All platforms: Bug fix: "Use direct IP" was not working The bug, introduced in the last release, is fixed with this build - Windows: Misleading log "Failed to complete read from TAP device" The previous log was treated as an error, due to the misleading phrase "Failed to". It is indeed a normal behaviour in Windows when working with asynchronous handlers. - Windows: bug fix The vpnc-script.js could not find the correct index of the tun device when disconnecting. This bug had no consequences, due to the fact that the tun device was anyway disabled after disconnected, but in the vpnc.log file a misleading error was visible. - Windows: improved TorGuard logo in the installer Also included in this release if you didn’t see last release thread: All platforms: New TorGuard Logo - All platforms: Add Taiwan (TWN) flag - All platforms: Bug fix The option "Enable disabled interfaces before connecting = Yes" was not savable. - All platforms: Bug fix When connecting with OpenConnect, there was a small random probability that the user experiments a bug resulting in an incorrect warning message: "Could not connect to the VPN management socket. Please check your firewall settings!" The bug is fixed in this patch. - Windows and MacOSX: "Close to tray" is now false by default. The option "Close to tray" changes the natural behaviour of the "close" button, minimizing TorGuard to tray. The user must be aware of this in order to recover TorGuard instance when it is minimized. - Windows: Add "Block outside DNS" option to OpenConnect Original OpenConnect can not block outside DNS. In this version the outside DNS option is managed by TorGuard itself (when OpenConnect is used) - Windows: Interfaces list behaviour changed In the "Select interfaces" dialog the user can see and select the enabled interfaces, while the disabled ones are not shown. But if an interface was disabled by TorGuard, now it appears in the list. - Windows: Check if the disabled interfaces are enabled again before connecting When the user wants to enable the previously disabled interfaces, TorGuard will check that they are indeed enabled before trying to connect. This could fix issues in the cases when enabling the interfaces took some seconds. - Windows: vpnc-script.js will use the adapter index instead of the adapter friendly-name Some issues can arise if the enconding of the operative system is not understood by the netsh command. In particular the friendly names of the adapters can be shown as "??????". Using the index is a more stable way to get the right adapter inside the vpnc-script.js. - Windows: Bug fix - two libraries were left in the system after TorGuard unistallation - Windows: Bug fix - connecting to some servers through the tray icon was not working The connect option from the tray icon was not working if a server in a submenu was selected. The bug is fixed in this version - Linux: Bug fix Handling the Ctrl-C (SIGTERM) signal was not working properly, due to wrong values of some environment variables while managing user privileges. - Linux Arch: Bug fix When TorGuard was installed, OpenConnect executable had not the right permissions. The bug is fixed in this version Downloads
0 drakar88 0
Hello. I ran client update and got the following message: Verification of TorGuard Installation failed. Installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable should fix the problem. Do you want to install it now? After that, whatever I do, I can't run TorGuard application. All i get is: TorGuardDesktopQt.exe is not a valid Win32 application.

0 xavortm 0
Just to note something - the new icon is not well visible on macOS with dark bar. See the screenshot - http://imgur.com/a/8FmE2 Also, the logo in the macOS app is not retina-ready. Same goes for the icons like reload, pin, the X on disconnect and probably all of the flags. I believe the system you have for building the GUI has some limitations on that matter, I just wanted to share my feedback anyway Good job (and thank you) for implementing all these changes! 0 Support 255
Thanks guys appreciate the feedback - we are listening to all feedback, we will check the icon on the Mac using the dark menu bar, we will check and try to optimise for retina displays and see what we can do Regards
0 zig35 0
Hate to say it but this version is causing issues for me. Windows 7 ultimate. First of all, it is slow, once connecting quite a few of the web pages hang. This includes MSN.com, facebook and even your own page. Now maybe there is a setting I need to change but the previous version was working just fine. I am going back to 3.63.

0 User22811 0
Has anybody else been having an issue whereby the client just hangs when you click disconnect and it does nothing so that you have to exit the program before you can get it to disconnect? Please either post here or let customer service know as I'm trying to find out if this is just something that's effecting me or if it's a general issue Thanks PLEASE IGNORE THE ABOVE POST AS MY PROBLEM IS WITH THE LATEST VERSION AS OF 28 JULY 2017, APOLOGIES
