WE HAVE DECIDED TO PULL THE UPDATE FOR THE TIME BEING - WE NOTICED AN ISSUE ON MAC OS AND ON WINDOWS - WE ARE ADDRESSING THEM OVER NEXT 2 DAYS AND WILL RE-RELEASE - SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

*Release torguard-v0.3.64, 2017-03-01*

====================================

User Visible Changes:
---------------------

* All platforms: Add support for OpenConnect

Additionally to OpenVPN TorGuard can now use the OpenConnect
protocol, which is compatible with Cisco's AnyConnect.
   - OpenConnect protocol must be enabled in the settings/network tab.
   - Select OpenVPN and OpenConnect directly in connect screen..
   - OpenConnect supports PinnedIP.
   - OpenConnect supports DedicatedIP.
   - OpenConnect supports both UDP and TCP protocols.
   Known Issues:
   - If OpenConnect tries to connect to a wrong IP (for example
a mispelled dedicated IP), the user is not able to abort
the connection untill OpenConnect detects the error and
shuts down. This can take up to two minutes.
   - If OpenConnect is running, killing TorGuard could leave the network
in an inconsistence state. Restarting the system will fix the problem.

* All platforms: SingleInstance detection

TorGuard can now detect if another instance is already running
and prevent a second instance from starting.

* All platforms: Improved High DPI support

* All platforms: Add Slovakia (SVK) flag

* All platforms: Add United Arab Emirates (ARE) flag

* All platforms: Fix issue where public IP detection failed

* Windows: Fix updating the value of "bytes sent" field

* Windows: "Prevent IPv6 Leak" option now disable IPv6 protocol on adapters

If the option "Prevent IPv6 Leak" is enabled TorGuard will disable
the IPv6 protocol on all network adapters excluding the VPN adapter.
It has the same effect as unchecking the IPv6 protocol checkbox in
   the adapters properties.

* Linux: In DEBIAn package depend on iproute or iproute2 package

The package name for the ip utility on some DEBIAN based distributions
is iproute on others its iproute2. This patch changes the DEBIAN package
to accept depend either on iproute or on iproute2.

* Linux and MacOSX: Handle the Ctrl-C (SIGTERM) signal

Previously if TorGuard was quit by Crtl-C (SIGTERM)
the application would just quit without restoring the
network state.  Now TorGuard will do a propper cleanup.

* MacOSX: Fix issue with tray icon

If TorGuard was minimized to tray, clicking show/hide
on the tray icon did not do anything on the first click.
Now the window shows if it was minimized or closed to tray,
   otherwise it hides.

Internal Changes:
-----------------

* All platforms: Add settings migration strategy

Changing existing features sometimes requires changes to
how settings are stored. This new settings migration strategy
allows converting existing values when updating TorGuard
   to a new version.

* All platforms: New tests added
Update the old tests and create new ones help to maintain
   the code and find bugs

* Windows: Switch to VisualStudio 2015

   VisualStudio 2015 is a requirement for QT5.8.
The move to VisualStudio 2015 was also necessary for supporting
certain header files and APIs needed for configuring network adapaters.

* All platforms: Update to Qt5.8

Qt5.8 brings improvements for HiDPI displays, but it changes the way
how HiDPI screens are detected and configured.
The upgrade to Qt5.8 was also necessary because Qt5.5 (used so far)
has no profile for VisualStudio 2015.

* All platforms: Single instance detection by TorGuardService

The detection for another TorGuard instance already running is done
by listens on a local socket (named pipe in Windows, UNIX domain socket
in Linux and MacOSX). This socket is used to mediate between several instances.
