Question

Hello I just bought and installed my vpn today, can`t seem to get it connected at all. I get this error message

> Sat Nov 30 15:17:13 2013 OpenVPN 2.3.0 i686-w64-mingw32 [sSL (OpenSSL)] [LZO] [PKCS11] [eurephia] [iPv6] built on Mar 7 2013

> Sat Nov 30 15:17:13 2013 MANAGEMENT: Socket bind failed on local address [AF_INET]127.0.0.1:9000: Address already in use (WSAEADDRINUSE)

> Sat Nov 30 15:17:13 2013 Exiting due to fatal error

I have uninstalled and reinstalled five times, searched the faq and knowledge base. Sent in a ticket with no reply yet. Getting kind of aggrivated, figured i`d ask here and see what kind of answers i get.

Hello Kihluna

Sorry for the delay, we are just so busy this weekend due to the promos.

This means either that something on your end is using port 9000 or security software is preventing the software to bind to this address, if you have any security software try temp disable them or find out whats using this port, i.e. squeezebox software uses this port.

Regards
