  1. Torguard is no longer unblocking torrent sites in the UK on Sky Broadband (ISP). Trying to access these sites takes you too the page: "SKY. Access Blocked. Sorry, this web site is not available through your service provider. We are required by Court order to prevent access to this site in order to help protect against copyright infringement." Which is what you would get if you are not connected to a VPN. However I can no longer reach the sites when connected to Torguards VPN. This only began a few days ago (from the date of this post) as far as I am aware. I don't know if I could access it through the stealth servers, as I never seem to be able to connect to them. Is anyone else on Sky Broadband in the UK having this issue? Does the ISP have a new way to combat VPN's or am I leaking information? Thanks.

    Ridiculously low speeds

So I have a 110 mbit connection, and the best I'm getting from any server I connect to is 8 mbit. I'm meant to be getting faster than that, right? My torrents download at about 200KB/s. It's un-acc-eptable. Are there some settings I can tweak? Need some help here, TORGuard is basically useless to me at the moment.
  3. Hello, I am very confused by a number of things regarding which connections are for torrents, and I am bothered by your techs giving me different answers, depending on who I speak with. First of all, last week I was having difficulties figuring this out, because I run both your Torguard app client, and Viscosity on different computers. The Torguard app and Viscosity often list different servers as being "best" for torrents. For example, take Los Angeles. When you use the Torguard Lite App, it lists Los Angeles as Steath initially, but once you log in, it says it is good to go for torrents, too. And yes, it happens to be the fastest thing around for torrents -- even better than connecting directly to the Korea server, which is also listed for torrents (as of two days ago). I get better speedtest.net speeds from Korea, but torrents fly much faster out of LA (they seem limited in Korea). Until a few days ago, Viscosity's Windows version was not listing the two dots next to which servers were recommended for torrents. I pointed this out to one of your techs, and got barked-at for using Chicago, a server not on the list for my torrents. I then got a list from him of sites that are recommended/optimized for torrents. Here is that list: https://torguard.net/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&id=163 As you can see, Los Angeles is on it, as well. So I've been using that, and it's very good. Now in the last few days, you seem to have updated the Viscosity program (thank-you) and it now shows the two dots. Oddly, Los Angeles is NOT one of the torrent servers on the list. It is, however, still up there on that link listed above. So I asked Vince, your tech, about this today. Now he tells me that "USA servers are not allowed for torrents." SO all I am asking here is... what is the answer? Why do sites differ, depending on if I am using the app, or Viscosity, and why does your website say something entirely different??? What can/should I use? Furthermore, the Torguard lite app does not even list South Korea as a torrent-friendly location, yet Viscosity does? I have the most recent program updates, too. Which is correct? Thanks!
