Feature Request - Multiple VPN logins per account
eikcam posted a question in VPN Questions and General Support
TorGuard Overlords, With the allowance of 5 simultaneous logins per account, is there any scope to create a unique username/password for these logins? Having the ability to add sub-logins would allow family members/etc to be given VPN access which can easily be revoked at a later date should the need arise. Currently, requiring the primary account holder to do a password reset to achieve the same outcome is a nuisance and requires additional overhead that could be removed with this new feature. firestick not getting past login screen
TorGuardProfileName posted a question in Android VPN Support
I haven't used TorGuards on my 4k firestick for a little over a month and when i went to use it today I couldn't get past the login screen. It just keeps saying "reconnecting". I can hit the back button which gets me to the home screen where you can change all your settings and whatnot but I run into the same problem there it just says "reconnecting". I'm on v1.58.1 was there an update recently that I'm unaware of? Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't help either.- 7 replies

I had trouble login into Torguard, but then I logged in after a few attempts. After that Torguard tries to connect but then a pop up said the login failed and I should re-login. Torguard then proceeds to crash every time. I tried to uninstall and reinstall a couple times and it doesn't work. I still get the pop up and internet stops working. What do I do?

I'm trying to use the Firefox extension and I saved my login name & password in its settings. However, every time I quit and restart Firefox, I get a slide-down pane that asks for the login name/password again. If I hit "cancel", it just comes back immediately. It's really annoying because it blocks all interaction with any other part of Firefox including the menu. If I don't feel like looking up my login credentials yet again, I have no choice but to click cancel a thousand times while trying to click on the "Tools > Add-ons" menu so I can disable the damned thing. Sometimes I'll
